Digital File Specifications:

Files must be submitted as vector files in Adobe Acrobat (.PDF), Adobe Illustrator (.AI or .EPS), or Adobe Photoshop (.TIF or .PSD). Please download and look over the “Graphic Guidelines” for full details.

Graphic Design Assistance:

If you do not have a designer to create your artwork, you may use our preferred graphic design company, Purpaula Productions. If you decide to work with Purpaula Productions, please inform Paula Finnerty, creative director, by Friday, Aug. 16, 2019, so she has enough time to create your artwork. Please see Paula Finnerty’s contact information and pricing information below:

All charges will be billed to you directly from Purpaula Productions:

Art/Design Time: $85/hour
All assets, including company logo and photos, must be provided in digital format. Stock photos can be provided at an additional cost, to be determined based on photo.

Artwork Due Date and Where to Send Artwork:

Booth artwork must be submitted by close of business on Friday, Aug. 30, 2019. Any artwork not submitted by this date may be subject to a $250 late fee.

All partners need to upload their artwork to the Shepard FTP site in their designated folder. Follow the link and directions below.

*Please note the 32-inch monitor and counter will be covering the majority of the right side. We recommend only having your logo above the monitor and a solid color for the rest of the panel to avoid artwork/text being covered.
